Dr. Seuss

03/02/2009 § 2 Comments

Gone but certainly not forgotten. Let’s all remember Dr. Seuss today, on his birthday. He would have been 105.

He was a genius. You ever try to write in anapestic tetrameter? If you have you know it’s damn near impossible, and if you haven’t don’t bother.

“And today the Great Yertle, that Marvelous he
Is King of the Mud. That is all he can see.”

See?

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss.
